Technical Drawings

Adobe Illustrator

Technical drawings are the blueprint of fashion design, bridging the gap between creative vision and manufacturing.

Overview

During my fashion degree, I mastered Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, specializing in Illustrator for creating precise, professional technical drawings (flats). I fell in love with the meticulous process of drafting technical sketches, turning it into a specialized skill that I've continued offering as a freelance service, ranging from clean black and white vector lines to fully colored and textured flats.

Using Adobe Illustrator, I create accurate front, back, and detail flats that clearly communicate garment construction, stitching details, and hardware specifications to pattern makers and production teams.
